I had trouble with this device in Windows 7 64 bit. (It is no longer supported by D-Link for current operating systems)However, I WAS able to get it working by using instructions found here: [.].It is a GOOD card but because it is older than Windows 7 there were a few issues.
BSD and system freezing is true. I removed this card and installed E-home and now I do not get BSD. I would like to find out, if all models of Dlink adapters have this problem.
Hey guy- Depending on how Computer-y you are, Ill throw out that this uses a chipset 100% able to work with Linux out of the box. Works flawlessly after being auto-detected on a Ubuntu 7.1 machine. And I was ready for a fight.
I have Two of these cards and can't get either of them to work in any of my 4 computers they have major driver issue's that locks up your computer upon installing
The part arrived on time, in great condition and installed properly. It worked in a Windows 98 machine, which was what I was counting on.
